Below is a rough outline of what will happen next over the course of your 1-year property tax appeal subscription.

What Happens Next

• We will reach out via email to get Client to e-Sign the DIY (Pro Se): Full Flat-Fee Service Plan agreement
• We’ll reach out to get the exemption questionnaire completed
• Depending on questionnaire answers, we may request additional documents such HUD-1, appraisal, etc.
• We will provide you with a comprehensive “Pro Se Package” which will contain the appeal brief and appeal evidence, along with complete instruction on how to file your appeal.
• You will receive a package for all 4 opportunities to appeal within your 1-year subscription
• If no reduction, we will extend your subscription, at no charge, until a reduction is achieved
• After we get you a reduction, or after one-year, whichever comes last, we hope that we’ll have done such a great job for you that you renew with us – and – tell your neighbors.
